Up-flow pressure Fine screen
Description:
This up-flow pressure fine screen is mainly utilized in the fine screening of wastepaper pulp. The impurity rate of the pulp processed by this pressure screen is reduced by about 30% compared with that of traditional down-flow pressure fine screen.Structure Advantages:
1. Different from the traditional down-flow pressure screen, this up-flow pressure screen has the pulp materials enter from its bottom so that heavy impurities are blocked at the bottom and discharged out periodically, which significantly reduces the wear of impurities to rotor and drum screen, thus extending their service life. When pulp is going up, small and light impurities are easier to rise to the top where they are discharged out through tailing pulp outlet, and the pulp is cleaned by long rotor blades. In that way, the screening quality and capacity of this up-flow pressure screen are significantly improved.2. There is a lifting device on the top of this up-flow pressure fine screen to make it easier for customers to check or repair drum screen and rotor.
