L.C. Continuous Braking System

Description:

This low consistency continuous breaking system, also shortened as L.C. continuous breaking system, is made up of crushing machine, ragger (or strander), hydrapurge II (impurity separator), drum screen, grapple, and PLC control system.
While continuously pulping, this breaking system equipment can timely eliminate big lightweight and heavy impurities in waste paper, in which way impurity breaking is avoided and working pressure of subsequent devices is significantly reduced. Thus, the breaking capacity of this system is highly enhanced.
Winding impurities in waste paper can be made by rotating pulp flow into rope shape, and then pulled out by a ragger.
A heavy slag hole is designed for the tank bottom of hydrapulper so that big impurities of waste paper can go through that hole into sediment well where a grapple removes those impurities regularly. Water, paper scraps and some light and heavy impurities inside the sediment well are periodically sent to hydrapurge II for defibering. However, the good pulp will meet the good pulp from pulper via screen plate before being sent to the following process. Big impurities like plastics are sent to drum screen for consistency before being discharged out of the low consistency continuous breaking system.

Categories:

1. Ragger: it is mainly used to remove winding impurities in waste paper pulp, like iron wire, rope, plastics, cotton yarn, etc. Its motor is directly connected to the speed reducer, so it is possible to adjust its rotating speed. Operation stability reliability are features of this ragger.
2. Grapple: this grapple is specially used to remove big and heavy impurities in sediment well, and it is pneumatic operation.
3. Drum screen: it is utilized to deal with coarse and big impurities from waste paper breaking system.
4. Hydrapurge II : this hydrapurge is used to remove light and heavy impurities inside pulper. A specially designed rotor is used to prevent impurities from being broken, thus reliving the work burden of sieving system.
5. Cutting machine
6. D-type Hydrapulper: a specially power-saving rotor is used to strengthen the effectiveness of water circulation and fiber easing. This hydrapulper can do continuous breaking with a lower power consumption.
7. PLC control system: this PLC system can help to remove light and heavy impurities in waster paper while low consistency breaking system is pulping. In that way, impurities cannot be broken when the breaking system works, which significantly relieves the work burden of the following devices as well as enhance the productivity of this breaking system.
8. Screw extrusion machine: this equipment is mainly used in compound fertilizer and mixed fertilizer industries to extrude organic materials like wood, grass, ash and animal wastes, so as to separate the solid and liquid organic fertilizer materials.
