Description:
Special sludge disposal equipment is a king
of new drying machine developed on the base of single-channel rotary dryer. And
it can dry sludge containing 50% to 80% moisture to 10% to 25% finished
products.
Because the sludge is easy to agglomerate
in the drying process, we have changed the shovelling plate of single-channel
dryer. This special sludge drying equipment is designed with combination
shovelling plate and self-washing device, which greatly enlarges the application
areas of single-channel dryer. This new dryer can not only dry a wide variety
of sludge, but also dry high-viscosity materials.
LANTYPC manufactures and supplies two kinds
of sludge disposal equipment: sludge drying disposal machine and sludge making
fertilizer system.

1.Sludge drying disposal:

Work
Principle of Sludge Disposal:
1.A feeding machine sends sludge to the
feed guide of dryer, the feed zone as the first phase. And as the cylinder
rotates, sludge is sent to an inclined shovelling plate, the pre-heating zone
as the second phase, and then elevated to the center position of cylinder where
the sludge is sprayed in cascade shape. This drying process is counterflow
mode: hot resource air enters cylinder through discharging hole, and after
fully heat exchange with sludge, the air becomes saturated with moisture in
pre-heating zone, so it needs no more moisture but keeps a higher temperature.
In that case, the air can pre-dry sludge with high moisture content in
cylinder.
2. When sludge is sprayed and moves onto
the moving grate-rake wing plate, the loose-raking heat exchange zone as the
third phase, sludge fully contacts with the pre-heated wing plate, thereby heat
exchange is completed. Meanwhile, the wing plate repeatedly elevates, spray and
rakes sludge, which is conductive to fully heat exchange and then dewatering of
sludge.
3. When
sludge is sent to the fourth phase of crushing heat exchange zone equipped with
arc-shaped material plate with cleaning device. The sludge is heated via the
heated chain. As the cylinder rotates, sludge is elevated and sprayed by
shovelling plate to make full heat exchange with hot air flow. Meanwhile, the
cleaning device buried by sludge falls down along the inner side of arc-shaped
shovelling plate, in which way sludge sticking to the inner side of shovelling
plate can be removed. When the cleaning device followed the cylinder to pass
the vertical line, it starts dragging behind the back of the arc-shaped
shovelling plate so as to remove sludge sticking to the outer side of
shovelling plate. The continuous rotation of cylinder can take some more
moisture away from sludge. At the same time, the cleaning device is conductive
to the crushing of sludge particles, as well as increases the specific surface
area, thereby quickening the drying process speed.
4. When
sludge arrives at the constant-speed heat exchange zone of the fifth phase, the
viscosity of sludge has been greatly reduced, and moisture evaporation is
table. Single-bending shovelling plate is used to shovel sludge in a large
scale, and sludge is dewatered under stable status.
5. When
processed sludge is sent to rapid heat exchange zone of the sixth phase, where
the temperature is much higher than other zones, the loose sludge already
dewatered can contact with hot air in a much larger scale via the help of double-bending
shovelling plate. The heat exchange efficiency is increased and drying effects
are enhanced too. In the end, the dried sludge slides to the discharging box to
finish the drying process.
