Fiber Fractionating Screen
Description:
This fiber fractionating screen is mainly used in pulping process to fractionate long and short fibers in pulp, and the fractionated long and short fibers can be used to make different types of paper. Moreover, this screen equipment can pulp the fractionated long-fiber containing pulp, and then mix the long and short fibers to get high-quality pulp.Structure Features:
1. The equipment of multi-foil rotor ensures the constant speed of fiber when it passes through the screen slot, effectively avoiding consistency rising problem.2. Reasonable casing arrangement design fluidizes the screening area and keeps pulse uniform.
3. This fiber fractionating screen can process high consistency pulp and fiber fractionating effects are obvious.
4. The fractionating proportion is adjustable and stable.
