Inflow Pre-net Screen

Description:

This inflow pre-net screen is mainly utilized in the screening of low consistency pulp before the pulp enters paper machine. This screening equipment can effectively remove impurities and loose pulp group so as to improve paper quality.

Structure Features:

1. The inner cylinder of inflow pre-net screen is in an inverted cone shape. Pulp flows through screen slot at a constant speed.
2. The outlet of qualified pulp is large and pulse decreases very fast.
3. Heavy granule impurities flow around in the outer area of screen body, so the screen slot will not be blocked.
4. This inflow pre-net screen is of high productivity and low power consumption.
