Disc Heat-Disperser
Description:
This disc heat disperser is utilized to process hot-melt impurities in wastepaper of OCC/ONP/OMG/MOW, such as stickies, grease, paraffin, plastics, rubber, oil particles.Structure Features:
1. The gap between dynamic and static discs can be adjusted within a certain range, and small gap operation is possible, which is conductive to peeling off printing ink impurities from fiber and dispersing dirt specks, stickies and paint particles.2. The tooth shape of dynamic and static discs improves the process properties of fiber. For example, the fiber processed by this disc heat disperser has good swelling effect, which contributes to the bleaching of pulp.
3. Compulsory pulp feeding mode is good for the efficient heating and temperature control of pulp, reducing the negative effects caused by long-time heatinfg.
