Urea Molten Device

Description:

This urea molten device can turn granular urea into molten urea in a short time without adding water or stirring. The melting time is so short that the biuret formation is fundamentally reduced. Then through a special machine, the molten urea can be quantitatively put into the granulation system to join the urea spray granulating process. The fact that the granulation needs only heating but no water adding reduces the subsequent drying requirement, thus increasing the productivity of production line. Besides, the core components of the host machine and accessories are all made of stainless steel, so the urea melting device features corrosion-resistance, compact size and long work life. Inside the tank of urea molten machine, there are column pipes and coiled tubings, and water vapor can pass through these tubings and pipes. By exchanging heat with water vapour inside the pipes and tubings, urea granules falling from the top of urea molten device can be melted into liquid and there is no need of extra water in the process. Then the molten urea is sent to granulation system through pumps and pipelines.
