Working
Principle Diagram:
This breaking system mainly consists of high consistency hydrapulper, hydrapurge I, drum screen and PLC control system. The pulp broken by the H.C. breaking system is diluted to the consistency of 5% and then sent to hydrapurge I. In the hydrapurge I, the pulp is further purified and then goes to the next processing machine. Meanwhile, the collected coarse and big impurities are sent to drum screen for purification.
By working together, those machines improve the performance and capacity of the whole high consistency breaking system. For instance, the interior of the H.C. hydrapurple tank is always clean; individual breaking time is shortened; fiber strength is reduced; impurities are protected from further breaking; the best fiber easing and deinking effect under high consistency state are obtained.
