Ammonification Granulation

Ammonification Granulation

Description:
This ammonification granulation equipment is designed with low-temperature continuous production method. It can converts potassium chloride into potassium sulfate and combining with the tubular reactor technology, it can produce sulfur-based NPK compound fertilizer at a lower cost. This granulation equipment can be used to produce not only general-purpose compound fertilizer but also special fertilizer. And its products are easy to dissolve and contain no chlorine, so the products are suitable for various economic crops.
Raw materials and return-materials are sent to rotary ammonification granulation machine. Sulfuric acid from sulfuric acid pump and liquid ammonia from ammonia tank are metered and then sent to tubular reactor. Low-pressure steam enters into the front of the tubular reactor to vaporize liquid ammonia into the washing liquid of recycling system. Meanwhile, washing liquid from washing liquid circulation pump is added to the tubular reactor. Then ammonia, sulfuric acid and washing liquid react with each other inside the reactor. The generated high-temperature low-moisture reactant is sprayed onto the granulation bed by the spray nozzle of granulator, and the dry and wet materials are agglomerated into granules under the function of rotating granulator.
If there is any other kinds of liquid like urine is sprayed into the granulator, the amount of sulfuric acid and ammonia can be reduced properly. The granulator exhaust, containing some dust and ammonia, is purified by spray washing method, and then the purified exhaust is sent by exhaust fan into exhaust drying chimney to be emptied. When consistency of the circulation washing liquid reaches to a certain degree, the circulation washing liquid is sent by a circulation washing liquid pump to tubular reactor to react with metered and adjusted sulfuric acid and gas ammonia to generate high-temperature ammonium sulfate. And then the ammonium sulfate is sprayed onto the rotating granulation bed.
