Nitro-and Sulfur-Based Compound Fertilizer by Tower Granulation

Nitro-and Sulfur-Based Compound Fertilizer by Tower Granulation

Technology Description:
1. The high-tower granulation is developed from melt pulp tower granulation compound fertilizer technology. It uses melted urea as the fluid carrier to be mixed with powdery ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride or potassium sulfate. The mixture is sprayed by the granulation nozzle at the top of tower to form into particles.
2. This high tower granulation process can produce a new type of urea-based compound fertilizer featuring smooth particles, better intensity and granularity.
3. The annual output of nitro-and sulfur-based compound fertilizer by tower granulation is 50,000 to 500,000t/y.

Products Features:
Compared with common compound fertilizer production technology, this nitro-and sulfur-based compound fertilizer by tower granulation technology has more advantages:
1. Its products has uniform nutrient distribution, which is easy for crops to absorb. And this tower granulation process can also produce high-nitrogen binary (NK or NP) compound fertilizer, and the compound fertilizer ratio is much more reasonable.
2. This process is of high yield and almost makes no return materials, thereby saving power and coal.
3. It makes full use of the heat energy of the melt urea. Its materials is of lower moisture, so drying is unnecessary, thus saving power again.
4. Its products have smooth surface and good roundness, owning high market competitiveness.
5. Its yield per unit of time is very high.
6. This nitro-and sulfur-based compound fertilizer by tower granulation process provides good operation environment and discharges no three wastes, so it’s environmental friendly and of cleaning production.
