Biology Ferment and Organic Fertilizer Process

Description:
This biology ferment and organic fertilizer process is specially designed for organic materials like sludge of paper mill, residues of furfural plant, dejecta of breeding plant, thickened sludge of municipal sewage disposal factory, etc.
Those materials are common in containing 25%-45% organic substance, fiber, high moisture, and being bulky granules. So the first thing to do is ferment those raw materials so as to reduce moisture, increase organic substance and kill germs. During the fermentation process, organic components and nutrients necessary for aerobic fermentation are added. The high temperature generated during the fermentation process can kill germs, evaporates moisture and decomposes fiber things.
The above process reduces the material moisture to less than 35% and increase the organic substance by more than 5%. Professional organic material pulverizer is used to crush those materials into granules with a diameter less than 1.5mm, meeting the granulation requirements.
After metered, powdery inorganic materials like N, P, K, fillers (mainly bonding agents) are sent together with powdery organic materials to the mixing process. And then the fully mixed materials are sent by belt conveyor to the granulation equipment. During the granulation process, the proportion between moisture and fillers have to be properly controlled so as to effectively control the bulk and strength of granules.
After the granulation, the granulated materials contain high moisture, so they cannot reach the requirements of packing and shipping. Therefore, granulated materials have to be sent by belt conveyor to rotary dryer for dewatering. When coming out from dryer, dried materials are of high temperature, so then they are sent to rotary cooler for cooling to further increase the granule intensity and reduce moisture. Later, obtained granular materials have to go through coarse sieve, fine sieve to separate coarse granules from fine powder. Final products are obtained in this way. Big granules are then sent to return-material pulverizer to be crushed before going back to granulator for granulation together with the fine powder.
The annual output of this biology ferment and organic fertilizer process is about 10,000 to 300,000t/y.
